This is a very RARE PRESS DVD for the 2012 PBS special Concert, "Jackie Evancho: Music of the Movies." The dvd was sent exclusively to select members of the TV media. I guarantee this is authentic, NOT taped from television, and issued by the network. This is a must-see show and Jackie is a knock-out performer.
ABOUT THE SPECIAL: 12-year-old classical crossover prodigy Jackie Evancho’s second television special Jackie Evancho: Music of the Movies, her new special, is a follow-up to her popular debut special Great Performances Dream With Me in Concert. It was recorded in the opulent splendor of the newly restored Orpheum Theatre, one of Los Angeles’ most venerable landmarks, and will feature such evergreens as “Pure Imagination,” “My Heart Will Go On,” “Can You Feel the Love Tonight,” and “Some Enchanted Evening.”

I like this, I like Jackie Evancho is wonderful
ReplyDeleteI hope this one is not a fake also.
ReplyDeleteI bought one from a seller on ebay with the same Disc art. The DVD is really a DVDR. The recording is something a person would make from a Home DVD recorder. The menu looks like something my old Polaroid DVD recorder would make when creating a disc.
The one I received had.
1. ZE0049-49-DVR-1470 printed around the inner Disc.
2. Disc name was DVD Video Recording.
3. Root Menu was blue with "Title Menu" on top.
4. Root Menu had a button to start the feature and was labeled " 1 JAN/11/10 3:51PM L1 XP ".
5. The label on the disc looks printed from a printer.
The feature has no commercials and has a 2.0 stereo audio track. Audio and video is ok to watch. But this is no collectible.
